7.3 - Relationships: Human Matrix and the Formula of Effectiveness
What's essential to learning and operating all three of these forms of ESP manifestation is a non-attachment to what is happening. A friend of mine once talked with me about a disinterested interest in what is happening. This disinterested interest with no attachment to what is happening facilitates effectiveness in all situations. It is most important in learning psychic skills.23 It will help the student keep a mental/emotional balance as their skills evolve.
To facilitate learning this psychic stuff, I will refer to the Perceptual Lens Array and cross-referencing to the Formula of Effectiveness. The formula is a reference that helps the student figure out what they may have done wrong when an experiment does not work. Remember: When I started substituting ones and zeros in the denominator, that formula simplifies.
In Chapter 4, an analogy was made between the Perceptual Lens Array and a camera. Also in that chapter, it was mentioned that the beliefs vertex of the array was equivalent to the aperture of a camera and really was a result of the mixing of the other vertices.24
A clear Perceptual Lens Array is essential for all forms of psychic information to emerge into your awareness in the focus buss. Since the individual is trying to see beyond their immediate BTR with maximum detail, the aperture of their lens array must be set accordingly. A camera trying to pick out detail in weak light must have the aperture wide open to allow light to get to the film. Accordingly, the aperture of our Perceptual Lens Array (beliefs) must be all the way open. That means there should be no beliefs (beliefs should approach zero). Important: This means not only no beliefs, it also applies to no non-beliefs.
The lens of a camera (when going for distance) is focused to infinite distance. Accordingly, the Perception/Desires Lens should be totally open (attempt to stretch perceptions to infinite).25 At the same time, a one-point desire focus is present, to bring the lens to bear on the subject.26
A dispassionate examination of the phenomena is encouraged, as if you are watching TV from very far away. Again, there is no interest. No preconceived ideas.
That's not a very good example for me, because I have a lot of preconceived ideas when I watch TV. But when I watch how wind blows in a tree...
That is a good example also. The dispassionate examination (or observation) of the event is necessary, if the student is accessing psychic phenomena in the perceptual, visual, or feeling modes (1, 2). You can question (and at times it is necessary), because as mentioned earlier, the truth can withstand all questioning and probing. Only illusion and delusion cannot withstand honest questioning.
So, how does this arrangement within the matrix in Figure 4.4, cross-reference to the formula for effectiveness of Figure 5.2? In order for beliefs to be open, attachments must approach zero,27 desires are one or less,28 perceptions are open or floating,29 and no (or very few) judgements are made (no choice).30
As the lens of a camera must be focused to distance, so must the lens (perceptions and desires) have no previous ideas or perceptions in the foreground of the Perceptual Lens Array. This involves no former choices or perceptions -- a reduction in the programming storage influence - entering through the subjective event.
Because the formula is an ideal and in the human condition we rarely have zero attachments or desires, as many variables as possible are addressed. The more variables that are juggled to produce effectiveness, the greater the chances are there will be successful ESP experiments.
Perceptions (TP and TP): When we make our perceptions as inclusive as possible (remember Love is not exclusive), we are working on having true perceptions (an increase of TP), while simultaneously we are decreasing perceptions of untruth (a decrease of TP). This increases the numerator and decreases the denominator of the formula.
Choice (TC and TC): Stated earlier, there is a direct relationship between choice and perceptions. When our matrix machine is in idle or on automatic, the relationship is one to one. What comes in the perceptual array is allowed a straight run through into storage (we daydream). Once we start taking control or refocus, the one to one relationship changes. We can choose not to allow this.
Either way, whatever choices made are based on perception. A decrease of untruth perceived (TP) allows a decrease of untrue choices (TC). Accordingly, an increase of truth perceived (TP) will allow an increase in truth chosen (TC). By playing with perception and choice while plugging in the relationships into the formula, we have increased values in the numerator twice and decreased values in the denominator twice.
Desires (DS): With a disinterested interest condition, desires are at a very low level. A mild curiosity is present, and that is all.31 This holds desires (DS) down to a low value. Accordingly, it keeps an increase in the denominator of the formula down also.
Attachments (AS): As with desires, a disinterested interest implies no attachments or fears. This is an attempt to put a zero as the AS value, turning the denominator of the formula into one (or close to one).
Truth Known (TK): We have tweaked the denominator of the formula down until it is close to one. Now lets tweak the numerator up even more. The category of truth known is slippery. Within us is a Mind that makes it possible to have at hand everything that can be known. We know everything; we just do not know we know everything. Since psychic information comes through the knowledge storage of the human matrix, that increases the importance of this variable.
To increase our truth known (TK) we recognize that there is more to know than we have in our temporal knowledge storage and we look for this knowledge. To access the One Mind or to receive information psychically, we are attempting to increase the value of truth known (TK). So, with the formula, to increase truth known, we step out of what we think is in our knowledge storage and become open to new knowledge.
Another way to say this -- is the operator is setting aside temporal source knowledge, in order for the eternal source knowledge (ESP) to be present. In just setting aside our temporal knowledge, that act automatically increases our eternal knowledge. This brings an increase in TK and augments the numerator of the formula.
Faith (F): Even if faith is only one, the student can have effective experiments. As long as faith is not zero (thereby turning the numerator to one) or less than one (incomplete applications), the chances are the student's experiments will met with some degree of success.
Karmic Correction Coefficient (K): This variable represents the mirror of Chapter 3.4. Remember the function of the mirror is to reflect the untruth in our minds back to us, for us to choose/remember God.32 This makes this variable an amplifier. Whatever untruth is in the operator's matrix, will be reflected back on that person; even if attachments are zero. This makes it a gilt-edge priority to reduce all the variables in the denominator. At the same time, aligning the numerator to Truth is aligning the mind to the essence of the mirror -- the Eternal Moment of Creation. Meaning, maximum effectiveness.
What will be apparent, is that this particular arrangement tends to guide information towards the True. Which, in turn, will lead to the cognitive input. The cognitive input connects to knowledge that works with Truth (where the information is originally coming from). I am trying to expose you to a particular route through the matrix.
If the student is doing a reading for somebody, they should meditate first. This fosters a connection or rapport with the One Mind. Then they should examine themselves and make their attachments approach zero while desires are less than one (prioritize). Add to this, perceptions are open, and no beliefs present to interfere with any information coming through. In addition, the student must apply the knowledge (faith) that they can do it.
23 I will be harping on this for the rest of this chapter.
