Am I putting the cart before the horse? I don't know... What I DO know, though, is that I want IAMAI to reach you (if you are there to be reached). So... it's been put online before it's been published into hard copy. As of 11 November 2000, the entire book has been placed online. There will be edits and updates, and your feedback is important. If you would like hard copy, rather than having to read your computer monitor, drop me an e-mail and I'll let you know the status of The Book.
